Erick holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
Industry experience:
Erick is an experienced tax consultant, tax trainer and auditor with significant experience in the provision of tax, accounting
and business advisory services for over 15 years. He also has experience working as Director of Audit Services with Auditax
International.
Nuru Kibale is a highly experienced tax professional with over 14 years of experience in taxation across multiple sectors.
She is currently a Partner at Fin Business Advisory, a firm specializing in tax, audit, advisory and accounting services.
She previously worked with Auditax International, rising to the level of Partner, where she handled a wide range of tax
assignments including compliance, advisory, audits, and dispute resolution etc. Her extensive experience and technical
expertise position her as a key advisor to clients on complex tax matters.
Professional qualifications:
Nuru is a Certified Public Accountant registered by NBAA. Nuru is also a registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania
Revenue Authority.
Academic qualifications:
Nuru holds a Master of Arts in Revenue Law & Administration from the School of Law of the University of Dar es Salaam
and Bachelor’s degree in Taxation from Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
